There is an app in play store called Lucky Speed Loan and I was in urgent need of money for which I have downloaded and installed the app. Initially it has shown me that an amount of 1.7 lakhs is approved and customer care is only thru WhatsApp. No direct calling. I went thru the loan process and they started charging different kinds of fees at regular stages. For example, first EMI should be paid as advance and also, processing fee but after completing both the steps, they started squeezing more and more money. I ended up paying 4 lakhs from my pocket for a loan of 1.7 lakhs. I know I am a fool but they kept saying that all the fees will be refunded as and when the loan is disbersed. I even tried to threaten them by saying that I will report this in cyber crime station but the customer care executive named “Umesh Netam” is not at all bothered. Even when I am preparing this compliant, he is active in WhatsApp. The number they used for cheating is 8788291349. In play store, there are many reviews rated 5/5 but they are fake reviews. Kindly help recover the amount. I genuinely tried to borrow and now in neck deep of trouble as I borrowed money from friends for paying the fee to this fraud loan app. All the screenshots of payments done to different UPI IDs are attached.
