I am writing to dispute a loan account that has been reported on my credit report given by Cred App. I have not applied for a loan from Transactree Technologies Pvt Ltd and have no financial relationship with them, but it still shows a ₹51,999 loan in my credit report which is adversely affecting my credit score.
I would like to request that this loan be removed from my credit report as soon as possible. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
