I didn’t take any loan from “poonafin” but still it’s showing up as active loan in cibil score ..

I couldn’t take any loan from the poonafin team but it’s showing active loan with amount 13000/ 9400 that’fake loan amount hence it’s getting spoil my CIBIL record. So please remove it from my online lines record file..
