I have received a letter from Meesho mentioning that we have won 750000 cash prize in a scratch and win lucky draw. The letter is received from Kolkata-:

The person asked for bank account number, IFSC code and account holder name to transfer the money.
We believed that is true so we gave the account number and all details to them.
1st they asked me to pay 7500 and the state GST you have to pay like that they told to pay19500 we paid both the amount….and then if u pains this your amount will be credited like that they said…and after that they told me to pay again 19,500 ..now only we thought this would be fraud. Then we asked them to refund the amount but they are not listening to us. So plz take severe action on them…plz tell what’s the remedy for us
