I am a student and completed just my studies, while I was searching for a job maybe somewhere I put my no so on the basis of that I got a call regarding part-time work from data entry job calls, a person insisted me a lot of time that sir we would give your just basics interview and provide you with the job description and details, casually I just talked with that guy and he also told me to talk just 2 min with the HR( she only talked with me for 2 min just to verify my name and no) after that he told me that I will do the work so he sent me the log in detail of the site where I had to work till now I had not signed any document, after that due to my personal issue I did not login with the details and also did not sign anything after two days I got a call and he regressively talked with me and told me that I have to pay 6000 rupees other wise he would take legal action based on the some law but I told him that I did not sign any doc/offer letter so how I am responsible to pay you anything ,I also told that on the basis of a phone call how can I become your employee, now he threatened me via call/mesage/and email. he sent me mail related to that via mail(VARUN-RATHORE.indianjudiciary.gov@outlook.com ), also sent me the message. now I am a little bit stressed about it.
