Helllo I’m A private job servent,
I’m complaing about a fraud agent who mentally harassed me and my son for almost 2 years .
My son had done GP RATING course after completing the course we started looking for job and then we came to know about this fake agent namely ‘ SUMIT BAGUL Phone No. – +91 9920538253 ‘ he gave us hope that he will give my son job on ship.
He asked 2,80,000 Lakhs for job by saying he has urgent vacancy on ship ,at first we gave me 31,000. Rs to him by net banking . Then after that he didn’t gave any response for 4 5 days , we called him so many times to know when my son’s joining will be , he said joining will be by next week so we started packing bag and after that we only used to call him and ask about what is happening when is my son’s joining is. Then after some days he called my son for medical test saying your joining will be in next 3 days , my son did medical test , agent sent my son back to home and said I will call you be ready for joining then we waited for almost 1 week , till didn’t get any response, after that agent keept telling us wait joining will be soon , we almost wait for 6 months till no update so we get to know that , the medical we did that was also fake it was just for passing our time he played with our emotions, it was very hard for me to see my son is waiting too long and getting emotionally harrassd my son gone into depression and this is very hard for any father to see his son in this condition. One day i called agent and asked our money back because we lossed our limit , but agent started saying i will give ur money by my way if i have money then i may return your money, then after so many calling and messaging he used to give us 500 Rs everytime he harrassd us by any means everytime i used to call him for so may times then he sent me 500Rs only , its been 2.5 years he is doing same thing , now i asked him to give me my all money at same time he said ‘ now i may give your money or forget it ‘ .
Now i keep calling him and messaging him but he only see my messages but don’t response.
I want this person to get punishment for playing with our emotions , please sir try to reach him and please punish him i request you.
