I received a call and message from a strange number and saying that she is an advocate and this is a legal matter.

This intimation Letter informs you that ” Smart service ” can file a case under the SECTION of 73-74-75 of The Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on THE AGREEMENT that if you have NOT SUCCEEDED ON YOUR JOB or QC FAIL then YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT.
