I ordered combo of 4 shirts from troono.in for Rs1199 cash on delivery. On 7th July. The order was at first delayed from the day it was supposed to be delivered, but when it arrived the payment was done and order was opened almost 30 mins later. There was a package inside the package which contained another address and name. The products inside the package were some used clothes which were dirty not not properly packed and also didn’t match the discription of the order made via troono.in website. I also have a video of myself at the time of opening the package. There is no customer support from Troono available however I was able to find a mail where is sent 3 mails to them regarding this issue but there was no response. The mail i found was [email protected]
