Complaint Regarding Shoe Rack as I have order a big shoe rack which was shown in an advertisement on Instagram but I have received wrong product i.e. Imported Shoe Rack LW0665-1 which was useless and a waste thin plastic plate only and concern person of despatch or who has posted that add on Facebook is totally fraud. They have Delivered it through ekart.

I want strict action against these fraudsters and refund at any cost.
