On 4th Aug, I booked iPhone 13 using Amazon India. Received it same day and when I switched on, it was nor original as I was not even able to setup account. Tried return/refund immediately on same day but Amazon gave message to contact carrier (Apple Service Center). Next morning i had chat / call with Amazon customer care but no help. Then visited Apple service center and they declared that it was non genuine (fake phone). Called Amazon customer care again and after much try they raised investigation on it and asked me to wait until investigation conclude. I am not able to understand why Amazon India should hold my money and for not refund immediately when Apple Service center declared it fake and also issued letter on it. It’s shame on Amazon India and worst ever response/ customer care support
