I ordered an outfit that I had seen on Instagram page and I message that account for that outfit and they where so kind and they the quickly message me the price of that outfit.
Then they ask me which size I wanted then I told my size and they ask me to wait for 6 to 7 days so that that product will be receive within 6 to 7 days.
And I got that product about 4 days back.
I was so shocked to see the clothes I received it would it just looks like some used old clothes with some price tags.
I quickly reported the mistake about the package I receive. The payment method was cash on delivery.
I reported about the wrong dress I received and they ask me , whether I need an exchange or refund the money.
After all these I told him that I just wanted the money back and I will give the outfit to the person that comes .
And they told me that there executive will be arriving about 2 to 3 days and in the last thing that they told was he will be coming on Monday.
Still he didn’t come and when I again message that accountant Instagram. I found that the blocked me. Without refunding the amount. Fooled me by giving old clothes
And lied about the refunding. I lost my money
