On 20th February at 10.50pm, I booked for a HSRP number plate for my two wheeler on hsrpplate.com, they sent me a scanner/ QR code, later deducted Rs.899 and after that there has been no response or reply for them. I therefore, wish to lodge a complaint against Hsrpplate.com or their fake account number.
