I purchased sony headphone and Airbuds from watchzbazar website order date: jan 15,2021, 00:00 invoice no: WZ3932. Invoice date :jan 15,13:37 order id: wz3932
The biggest forgery which I realised was once I opened the parcel ( delivered by E kart vide tracking details (Ekart/SSGC6550129347)Jan 21,2021 it didn’t have a sony headphone but it is old jbl headphone.
The returned address on the parcel is kartik Enterprise ,KTA19FF, New delhi,110085. Both the phone numbers give are out of service.
I want my money back. So pls help me.
