This complaint is about GM Technology company (B3-165,58th Cross Road,Kumarswamy Layout, Bengaluru 560078).I have received whatsapp message from this company that they are providing data entry jobs without taking any registration amount.
They told me that I have to complete 500 forms in 5 days and they will pay 30rs for each form and if I am unable to complete the work then I have to pay 6500 as registration fee.
I said ok, please process further, they take one I’d proof and photo and on call they get my registration complete.
Then I receive login ID on mail and I have started my work, those forms are too lengthy that is seems impossible to complete those forms within 5 days but still I try my best to complete the work, for 3 days their software work well but on 4th day their software get hanged and it’s not working. I tried to call on helpline numbers and also mailed on their complaints ID but I didn’t receive any response, after 2 days I receive one mail from their company helpline ID that regarding software issue please call helpline number and that helpline number is switched off. Inspite of this poor response from the company I have completed my work within 5 days.
Then they provide QC report to me and in that QC report I have failed as i didn’t complete 90% Accuracy. I have rechecked each and every form so I m not satisfy with their QC report and when I ask for details of my incorrect form they have no answer for that. I have mailed on their complaints ID but I haven’t received any response.
After 3 days I got call from advocate and he is forcing me to pay the registration fee and solved the matter otherwise I will get legal notices and I will have to pay penalty of 2lakh amount and also I will be in jail for 6 months and my govt ID will get blocked.
