Dear team
I felt cheated by airtel because wrongly charged huge wrong bill. I talked to your customer care who clearly denied to waiver. I told her it’s not used by us. Because no is used by my mother and she is not educated as much for calling such no.
It is totally fraud done airtel. Because why anybody called such nos when he/she opt lowest plan of airtel.
I am cug account holder I can not afford such kind of false bill.
Kindly waived off my false bill amount. Other wise I bound to esclate to higher one but not to pay any extra amount and also will cancel my subcription. You can check I am a using this since 8 year. And imagine how much amount you earned by me.
This totaly in justice with me. I have registeted two or three time complaint with airtel but they denied to refund.
