I applied for the part time job on quikr i got a text from the recruiter saying that I am recruited he took aadhar card and signature from me and made an agreement. As soon as I logged in it was showing invalid credentials so I blocked the number and left it. Now they have filed complaint against me for breach of contract. But according to the law of the company hasn’t spent any penny on me I’m not responsible for paying penalty charges now they want me to come to court

what happened after this complaint? Did they resolve your problem? i Just wanna know do they really did something on this complaint because i have also same problem with this kind of FIR.
