I have ordered TAB for 3999/- rupees in BOOK MY TAB website . i have paid through SBI INTERNET BANKING . it showing paid to PAY U PAYMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED . I have ordered for WIZPAD Z1 PRO 10 inch tab . But they have delivered PRATA COMPANY mobile 5 inch only. And also its not working at all . its fully damaged piece . (its china company , not existing , even if i search in google also not coming ). I tried to contact the telle caller SWAPNA spoked to me via number 9654289774, but she is rejecting my call. And also i tried to contact toll free number given in website but not working. Also i tried to contact through the email address given in website but not working . So i come to conclusion that its a fraud company cheating the people online by impressing through web site and sending damaged pieces .after searching in you tube , google , consumer forum platform i come to know that thousands of people were cheated by this BOOK MY TAB. In consumer forum many have copmplainted that they did not received TABS at all. Some people got TABS which are fully damaged and not working at all.Sir even though 4000/- rupees is a small amount but for middle class people like us its very huge amount. Unknowingly as Middle class families prefer low budget purchases, we have been attracted towards such frauds. Even though i realised it now , situation is out of my hands . hence please help me sir ,take action on BOOK MY TAB WEBSITE and recover the money from that fraud company and distribute to the persons who were cheated by them. Sir please requesting to recover my money and may be credited to the same account .i am ready to give the parcel received back.
