I had ordered a shirt on this website by seeing an ad. After I placed the order, I did not receive any notifications on the order either on phone or email. They sent me a product that is not even listed on their website. Now I am unable to reach them to return the product and get my money back. Sad part is that companies like Delhivery doesn’t do a check on eCommerce business that they do business with. I have raised a complaint with Delhivery as well. If I do not get response from them, then I will raise the issue with the concerned authorities.
