Bontress PRO Hair Serum, Glenmark was ordered on FLIPKART thro online on 8th Nov. Material received on 11th Nov. The Flipkart packing was intact and hence the parcel was received. On opening further, it was found that there was no seal on the mouth of bottle. On further inspection it was found that the print and color of print and levels were not as the original product should have. The issue was raised with Flipkart thro’ 24×7 customer service cell, but they did not resolve my issue saying that i did not report the issue earlier after receiving the product. The fact is that it was reported to them on the same day i.e. 11th Nov. The chat records shows clearly that the matter was reported to them on the same day. Bu due to faulty grievance redressal chats nothing conclusively was done by them. The matter was also reported through my feedback on product deliver but they rejected my observations.
24×7 Customer service was again contacted today but no result. The matter remains unsolved. I need the product should be replaced by a genuine product immediately or refund my money in Full.
