I had taken loan from the app truebalance from past 1 year and the finance partner was arthimpact company.i have paid all the amount and close my account but arthimpact company still show 6 rs due amount from past 2020 April and I have complaint against this account on cibil.com and the app but no response from there side . please help me and close my account which is shown active from arthimpact company.it is a fraud company and I have mailed them but no reply
