I ordered a Chinese shirt from the above website. They provided it as COD. Once we checked the fitting, the shirt was not as per the size and quality. I purchased an XL size, which was not fitted to me. I requested an exchange for XXL.
The product was received on 19th December, and as per their policy, it can be returned within 30 days. We have been trying to reach them out since the 20th, but now, no one answers the calls and does not respond to SMS messages or emails.
