Hi
In the month of February 2023. I have ordered couple of products in Amazon worth more than 10k , and all the package were promised to deliver to doorstep . Delivery agent was not ready to deliver doorstep and demanded to collect 3km away from the delivery address.
I refused it and raised complaint to customer support and asked him to delivery products to doorstep as he was delivering earlier . what he did next day was he came to neighbour house and asked me to collect parcel from there , eventhough i was continuously asking him to deliver to doorstep and he was very rude on that time.
Ans continuosly he rejected all my orders stating all products were damaged. which was fale and fake step took by him just to avoid delivery.
I have raised this in many platforms, but didnt get any resolution
If you cant delivery doorstep state it properly will ordering itself , so that peope can arrange for collection
Dont waste people’s time just by keep on promising issue will be resolved in next 24hrs.
