I have ordered 3 Asian white shoes..the day of delivery the delivery boy give me one product and that also wrong product. with the wrong product delivered my myntra app showed all three products are delivered. I immediately call to their customer care and they told me to keep the product and they will return it.. the next day delivery boy came and asked me for all 3 products to return to him..I said where do I get another product? then he takes that wrong product and in my myntra app, it shows only one product returned…rest of the 2 products are remains delivered..even after 12 days they are not even calling or responding to me… now they are not even picking my call , if they pick sometimes they just put me on hold and after 15 to 20 min cut my call .
