I had order some stuff from blink it, I did not get the delivery, but they have marked status delivered,
I called customer care nashra said they hand over the order to someone, without even my permission and they did not even call me when I asked how can you hand over my stuff to someone else, they said mam deliveey done then I asked for the name of that person if you even handover my order to someone did not you ask them thheir name she said no, I asked for my amount to be refunded they said no order has been delivered I am continuosly writing emails they are just saying order was delivered at your doorstep they are clearly lying, they need to take responsibility how can they handover my order to someone else it’s their mistake, it means they are playing with the customer’s privacy
