On 19th March,2021 afternoon I got a call from an unknown number (+917096043069) telling me that they are willing to offer me a DATA ENTRY job via a company called Collabera IT Services. The person explained to me that I have to complete 490 forms within 5 days and they will pay me 39 INR to perform while paying for the same. They shall deduct an amount of 4,110 INR for the registration and pay me for the work. Then I got a mail from a person named  Rishi Rajput (rajputrishi479@gmail.com) on 19th March, 2021 at 03:52 pm in which the person asked me to send my Adhaar card and then photo and signature scan copy for the registration. The person in the call mentioned that I would have to pay the registration amount (Rs 4110), if I don’t complete the work on the due date. They then sent me a copy of the agreement pasting my scan copy of photo and signature on 19th March, 2021 through the mail id info@collaberaitservices.com . After that I completed my work within the given time that is 5 days from starting. Starting from 20th March, 2021 Ending on 24th March, 2021. After submitting I got a call from the company executive (9624087027), as well as a report on 25th March, 2021 from departmentqc12@gmail.com at 11:31 am saying that I have made 8 extra mistakes from the eligible mistakes and I won’t be paid for it. Now to quit the job I had to pay 4110 INR or I can correct my mistakes paying for a correction panel which would cost 19,950 INR. After that I said I want to quit the job and so they told me to be ready to pay Rs 4110, After that they told me that we have to cancel your id and you have to apply for NOC by online , told me to pay NOC charge of 22,560/- and consult with advocate named Kishan Agarwal (+91 9081024574) and told me to pay within 10 mins or else we will file a case against you. And after that they have been threatening me in Whatsapp that they have lodged an F.I.R. against me and they sent me a copy of the same through the mail id advocateassociate87@gmail.com on 25th March, 2021. I have attached the copy asking for amount of 37,950/- Person Name: Wasim Shaikh (+91 97233 47067) who is referring as an advocate himself.
Then after sometime another mail came from district court(districtcourt7374@gmail.com) Mail is sent by AKASH MOHAPATRA (soft copy has been sent to you and A Hard Copy Of Notice Will Be Sent To Your Local Police Station Within 7 Days)
Kindly Note Above Given Details Are Being Sent At Rajpipla, District Court For Further Legal Proceedings And You Need To Be Present On Rajpipla, District Court On30/03/2021 With The Challan Amount Of 37,950/- INR. Failure To Present On Court Date, Court Is Liable To Issue An Arrest Warrant Against You.”
