I am unable to use my 4g internet. I am facing this issue since Saturday. When I call their customer helpline no 121,they just ask me to use airtel thanks app for complaint purpose.
And when I use airtel thanks app, the issue is never resolved as they need internet connection to review anything but as my internet is working, i use wifi network.
But they dont allow wifi network,they are asking me to put my phone on mobile data. How am i supposed to do that? If that is the case, i will never be able to resolve my issue.
Where will i complain? They are just persuading the cudtomers indirectly to install their app. And that app is of no use. What do i do?
