i have recived credit from axis bank after few day again i have received one more card without my knowledge . as per call this is free card free card as that i have received the card .
after few days i have received the 950 rs amout of activation charges
still my card is not activated due to i have not received the card pin how to i have pay this amout this purely fake billing
