I received a call on the 8th April, 2023 asking me whether I was interested to do online form filling job, and there was this Gujarati girl who said that they were calling from netscribes solutions, and the online job was filling up of a total 500 forms, and each of them were Rs.40-.
They shared a timeline of 5 days. As I had a loan EMI to give so I agreed, but they did not mention anything regarding penalty. I said I would not give any registration fees or any charges applicable whatsoever, the girl agreed. They said they had zero charges.
I worked hard day and night to finish the forms, about 200 of them i managed to complete, and my eyes started paining. Even my family members were against this, said this company was cheating us. I submitted the report yesterday on whatsapp. They did not say anything.
Also they shared this bizarre terms and conditions document, in which it was written that If You Fail To Do The Job Or Not Achieve The Accuracy *minimum 450 forms should be correct. *You Have To Pay Our Penalty’s RS.6500/- As Per The Agreement and company doesn’t pay anything if you fail.

Today I received a mail from city cibil court of Gujarat which is definitely a fake court order asking me to pay a penalty charge of Rs. 6500, and the hearing date is on 14.04.2023. I have attached the case details sheet below.
This is definitely a fake court order. I have seen the complaints filed by various other people pertaining to the same thing, and this all boils down to a simple thing which is called scam. This is nothing but a very big job scam. Luckily I didn’t pay anything but as we have now raised our voices, it is high time we raze these things to the ground and expose them to public. They have cheated us and now they are in process of cheating other people as well for money. Consumer team, please take this seriously and in turn we would like to charge this fake company in court for not giving us our hard earned money which we deserve.
