Cool and Kids Studio Company has taken the full payment from me in the name of the shoot, while they are re-scheduling in the name of the shoot, they took the first payment of Rs 3500 from me on 4th October, in the name of registration. After that he also took the second payment saying that it was being taken for the confirmation of the designer’s dress. First he rescheduled the shoot of 15th to 22nd and now he has asked to do the same photoshoot on 29th. There is no guarantee as neither did they share any return content with me on WhatsApp. Nor are they responding to my messages, they are not able to satisfy me in any way, so I have to file a complaint against them in the consumer court.
