I placed an order through an Instagram ad from Indian Crazy Deals for two shapewear bras, but instead, I received cheap leggings via e-Kart, Shiprocket, and Delhivery. I wasn’t home at the time, so my guard accepted the order and paid Rs 1100 as it was cash on delivery. This is unacceptable and fraudulent. I demand an immediate refund of Rs 1100.
