I got a message from hrk data services about their part time job vacancy . The executive told me to login and sign a agreement to do this work. And they sent company gov authorized details etc. I agreed the documents and uploaded it. In that document its said that if we didn’t done work in time they will take legal actions. Afterwards they said that u will receive a confirmation call then u can login to ur Id and work. The call didn’t came and I’m unable to login . I called the executive many times he didn’t respond to my calls and messages . And today an advocate called me and saying about this issue and he is saying that in your name a case is filed by HRk I said him that I didn’t receive the work details then only I can work otherwise I can’t work and I’m unable to login. He is saying to pay 5700 to reject this case within 10 mins. They are really cheating . After 10 mins they sent court documents about the filing of case. So kindly please help many people are facing this issue now. Now they are asking 67750 rs to clear this issue. Advocate name was Mr mukesh Patel. When I came to complaint I saw many complaints about this so please take action against them.
