Respected Sir,
With due respect & humble submission of a Complaint against the fraud company Elastalink, situated at 419 – 421, 4th Floors, Jay Narayan Complex, Est. Sardar Market, Gandhidham. (address mentioned in agreement) actually I have loss my job in july 23,So that I was looking for a part time job for a long time but unfortunately few days back this company has called me for part time job ( Data Entry) and I started working with a very happy after hearing everything from them, before I started the project they sent some agreement they took my photo my signature everything they offer me 6 days work 482 form have to fill salary u will receive 21k.
So, I have finished my work within 6 days & I have submitted, after the submission they are not attending my calls, not responding to my message, even I have sent a mail but totally they do not respond and when I started work I call them for support still they didnt reply me.

That Sir, 6 days after my submission data (sunday) on 08.10.2023 a person called me, at around 2:30 pm on Monday afternoon (09.10.23), and he said that he is from said company salary deptt. he said his name Avinash kumar:- 9054452642 is said me you are not matching our accuracy you need to pay 18950/- for correction of 8 data or else you have to pay 5980 Company utility Charges otherwise we are moving your file to legal department for making an FIR against you. I said that I am sorry Sir, I can’t afford any amount at this moment, due to financial problems I have joined with your company & I have done very well whatever you are given with very difficulty and now you are talking about something else without giving my hard work money.

That Sir, on this evening I have received a mail from the mail id [email protected] and in mail its mentioned that” Alert! Mr/Ms.ASHISH CHOUBEY, Your Agreement Cancellation Request Has Been Accepted At Gandhidham District Court. Kindly Be Present At Gandhidham District Court On 12 October 2023. If You Are Unable To Be Present At Court, The Court May Issue A Legal Notice Against You.

Note: Kindly Clear The NOC Charges Before 04:55 PM Of 09 October 2023 and also an attached file in which they asli g for 38000 for the NOC charge sand to pay amount tgey give me 5 mins only and thecall received from mobile no mentioned of so call senior advocate (Ashish Thakur) his cell Ph . 087329 50231, and he shouted me if I not listening to the Company then he will make an FIR against my name, I said I am sorry, I can’t pay them, but he disconnected the call and fe moment letters he sent 2 sms from his mobile that he is registered an FIR against my name, Case No. UEL-76/2023/3338, Filling No. 2023/86C, FIR No. AGR/GJ/3588/GL22, Under Act- IPC, 73,74,420, 66A, 62B, With dur respect my lord tge same file no and tge Fir no was also mentioned in the name of Mr.Dilawer Barbuhiya. I have mention all the no from which I received a call for payment tge no are mentioned below:-

Under compelling circumstances, it;s my humble request your gracious honour kindly take an action against the frauds, company. Because they will do more such things, and there are many helpless, jobless people like me in our country and they will become their victims if you are not taking any action against them.

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that, your honour may graciously be pleased to look into the matter & do the needful as soon as possible and for this act of kindness, I shall remain ever grateful to you.
