On 12 Aug 2020 I booked two tabs for my kids. ID No is 1395934441.
But no confirmation received regarding the same thing on mail or msg just showed order confirmed. I had payed the amount of Rs 7998/- through my SBI Credit card.
Hence you are requested to find out them hand help to refund the money or provide the order
