I have opted for the 1999 rs plan after refrening by one of your executives .
As per plan it should be 3 postpaid connections as family plan .But the agent who was communicating regarding the same stopped responding and all 3 numbers were not merged hence there is unbilled amount on the third number – 145 rs .
Who will pay for the rental of that number ?
the person who was in touch and stopped responding once the bill cycle started .
