I have visited ola experience centre indiranagar Bangalore on 6th March after the test drive. Number: 7338560478 the agent from indiranagar experience centre has connected me through calls and WhatsApp from the above mentioned number. The order was done at the showroom on 6th March. They have promised me that booking from experience centre offers free extended warranty. The down payment was paid and I left the showroom. Post to that he has coordinated with for completing the registration formalities and delivery updates. I was reminding him during these intervals regarding the extended warranty. He said he have filled some kind of Google sheet or something. This is over telephonic conversation and over chat I asked him why the warranty update is not showing. He just replied as “it will show sir”. I have attached the same screenshot for your reference. And the center stand which I have purchased is showing as delivery on May 8th. Kindly do the needful ASAP.
