Text of Complaint by Ms Singh:

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Sub: Fake commitment form Airtel Sales Executive.

This is to inform you that i have taken your Airtel Broadband Connection ( 7039569703)in the month of August 2020,
Due to your Sales Executive Pressure , Unlimited Calls & fake commitment for plans given by him (Mr. Ajay Jha)
we had installed Airtel Connection on 30th july 2020 & as per his commitment we were agreed to take connection
on below points :

1.4 Months plan @ 799 – 2828 -i,e ( 3 month + 1 month free)
2.Billing Cycle will start from 01.08.2020, & aalo called several times for bill copy he was giving us
reason that due to COVID he will not be able to give bill copy .asked for soft copy mentioning that give
in writing for 4 months . he said he will give us once 4th month will start&he will take care of same .
For billing issue i have called your sales Executive Mr. Ajay Jha.why the fake commitment was given .
he says that he has left the job & he is in bihar & also says that there will be no action taken against me
If you raise a complaint & also he say that you have not given any new customer to him for Airtel connection.
pls explain us is that is our job to give you a new customer.

Now why the bill is been Generated for the month of Nov.2020 to Dec.2020 of rs : 1102.78.

Your Customer Dept ( Technical Dept &Billing Dept ) are calling Daily basis & ask for the issue ,
we have explained 10times to each of your Person who has called .
They give us reason that our backend team will revert us.. But till date there is no
update from Airtel.
Secondly i am not able to understand how they have raised 1102.78/- due.. whenever i ask explanation
they disconnect the line.

My Plan : 799 +18 % = 943/- pls explain the same how 1102./- is due.

My humble request you to kindly resolve the above matter

Also let us know what is the procedue to discconect the Airtel Broadband Connection.
