I have taken a plan from just dial for my product. Just dial executive name mr. Irfan and Ms. Shreya came to me and made false promises. They told me that you will get useful lead for your product this and that. I trusted on them and I took a plan. They also informed me that you can exit your plan after three month if you are not satisfied. I trusted them and I have given my acceptance. I have signed on ecs mandate form. I have given cheque of amount 2950 /- for initial payment and for rest of the payment I have given ecs mandate for 1474/ per month. 3 months gone after that I haven’t got any useful lead for my product. I called Irfan and Shreya many time, they did not respond than i call his manager ravi kumar then I called to just dial customer care but they told me that you will get a call from our side but that has not happened. Now I want to stop my ecs payment but executive telling me that you can’t do this . Even if you go to court you can’t to anything. We will not stop ecs payment till 1 year.
