Respected Sir/Madam,
Jio Fibre representative sold me the wrong product even though there was clear communication about my requirement from our end and now I am facing unnecessary challenges in my routine work. I paid my hard-earned money in advance to obtain the service, but unfortunately Jio team does not have any alternate option to resolve it.
So better if Jio Fiber team refund my money so that I can obtain my requirements from my old service provider.
I need your intervention to resolve this.
