I bring into your notice that I was promised to have my connection installed on last by 1st February. As per commitment of sales person Mr. Irfan I have made the payment of three months advance. Right now I am using Act Fibernet broadband whose last date is 3rd February. I have already told to salesperson about my internet last date. He promised me that it will be installed by 1st February. Now neither salesperson doing anything and wiring is already done on last Thursday. The installation engineer also committed me the same and now he is also telling to connect salesperson. I feeling like cheated. I doing work form home and without internet connection its not possible. Its totally disgusting and misguided behavior from Airtel Team.
Now I am following up from last 5 days but issue not resolved yet. Neither they refunding me nor resolving my issue.

I have already escalated this issue to Nodal office but no one taking any action its just an revert email and nothing else.
