My Sim is not working (Sim is useable only for internet use) from Last One and Half Month but, Bill amount is full why? if sim is not working, who will give the solution if when we takes New Postpaid Connection then Salesmen comes but we faces the problem then he says please come in office.
2nd : sales men says to me in new postpaid connection AMAZON Prime is free but after one year amazon prime payment come in my bill, then he says your amazon price is valid only for one year. if we will paid the late amount then we paid late charges then please suggest how many payment we will debit to you as per fake commitment and failure of sim connection.
