Hello
My self Mihir Pandya from GeoSafe. I purchased a plan on 24th April from your employee (Anantraj Chauhan 9898961133). Your employee committed to provide connection on Monday(26th April). But after that, No one receives my phone calls and reply WhatsApp messages. Today another employee say Anantraj has a serious Covid patient duo to that reason not receive my call. But it was his responsibility to inform us so will take some care of myself.
If Anantraj has Covide infected then why he come to my office. he was not following the Covid guideline. I will take legal action against GTPS for this type of behavior.
Also, GTPL customer cares not to answer properly informed about anything.
