Today I got a delivery from shadowfax for the COD delivery for the delivery package containing our address and name so written was correct, therefore we thought that we might order something but later on when we open package, we found a random piece of cloth they charged Rs. 461 from me in cod and later on we found that on the package there is a GST number 24DPFPS1616H1ZY with order ID 516127736 named with Saanvi Creation and there is no mention of any e-commerce platform so that I can send it back. Later on, when we found that there is also a message from shadowfax delivery agency and order is From AEPL and we order nothing. I want my money back and strong action against them.
