I have been charged for a service which I have neither ever subscribed or heard of. This Malpractice is followed by VodafoneIdea Limited. They have paid 4350.14 + 834 GST to third party without customer’s authorization and consent. I have not given any authority to them to pay money on my behalf. This is pure nexus and they charging lots of amount from their customers and harassed them. Even, they also did not have any proof of validation that they transferred amount to third party or VAS services. Even I did not have receive any notification from Vodafoneidea in regards to any payment. Please resolve this issue on priority basis.
