I had enrolled for SPSS IBM Certification course on RMDTI located in Delhi. Had paid 26k for the course which includes certification and trainer cost. After I completed 3 hours of class, they started to ignore. Then I requested to at least return me the certification cost which is 18k. They agreed to do it in 15 days after which the numbers were off and I could not visit website. There is no address mentioned and I am staying in Bangalore. 26k is not a small amount.
Please help me
I also got enrolled for IBM SPSS certification form this institue RMDTI delhi.
I made a payment for certification and they told me it is not reflected in their system .
They asked me to do it again,ensuring that they will return if they received it twice.But the extra amount(15000) paid is not returned till date.
I am following up since late two month and everyday they claim it is transfered.
Now ,I doubt the certificate they have provided it fake or what.
Please look into the matter.
