Respected Sir, Earlier I had received a call from 993300-37261 with regard to work from home. She introduced her company as MK palcement. I said, ok I will apply, if suitable then I will go further. Thereafter she asked for my Id proof and for applying the work. I sent her my driving license on her whatsapp. Then she said, I will receive a video call for my salary discussion and she sent a link and make that call. thereafter, she sent a link on my e-mail address of agreement from dept8336@gmail.com this mail address. Earlier I was unable to operate. In the mail it was mentioned that “Thank you for applying captcha work, you need to digitally sign it and submit it, so that we can do your further process”.
I read that agreement, but I clearly refused to sign and submit. Neither I signed that agreement nor I submitted any signed agreement. Moreover, I told her that you are playing online fraud and it was clear cut money grabbing trap and she said ok, if you dont want to submit.
After some days, I received call from 86575-38166 and he said your user name has been created. I told him that I did not sign any documents, how can you create and even I am not part of that anymore. He said, send screenshort of cancellation and I did. Even I told them, If I will receive any further message or call from your side, then I will file complainant. Today i.e. 04-06-2021, I received a call from +917202829763, he said a complaint is filed against you and he was asking Rs. 8500/- to resolve that complaint otherwise you have to come in court of Gujrat and he was threatening me. I told him that neither i signed nor i submitted any consent from my side to sign that agreement.
He was also threatening me to submit my reply within two days. Even he mailed me. screenshort of that mail is also attached. Kindly, take strict action against these kind of trap and save the more public and it is an Advocate kindly cancel his license too. so that he cannot trap innocent people. Thank you so much.
