Respected Sir/Madam,
Even before i came in the portal to lodge a complaint i am seeing so many aggrieved party has already complained regarding the same problem.
So in December i got a offer from shine that a company Rectitude Technology is providing Captcha filling work and we have to do 10,000 captcha in 10 days with 90% accuracy.At that time they asked me to sign digitally for which they will send mail. http://agreementweb.in/Agreement.php?id=NzY4NTA5MDUyNw== this is the link. When i clicked here nothing showed,only it was written “Congratulations you are successfully registered”. I repeatedly asked them if i fail to complete the given target will they charge me personally? Will i be liable to pay the amount out of my pocket. They said no, the utility charges is Rs.5400 which they will adjust against my payment of Rs.22,500 or Rs 2.50 per Captcha correctly done by me as for me(and it’s varying for different people which i came to know from other complaints lodged against this Fraudster).In this trying terms under COVID situation I am trying to get a decent job to earn.But this people are only concerned with deceiving middle class people like us.Then they asked to make a video and say the things as send by them(quoating the text) : Ma’am speech dekh lijiye app ko aysa bolna hai

i had applied for part time captcha work in rectitute technology company so here by i accept all the terms and condition of contract in which i have to complete 10000 captcha in 10 days with 90% accuracy.
and if i fail to do so i have to pay utility and maintenance charge which is mention in agreement contract.
The lady informed via call that this is just a procedure and i have to say it confidently because they will check my confidence which i now see was a laid trap for me.
Any way after that they provided with login id & password which i couldnt login at first then when i started the work, soon i understood the whole procedure lack transparency as they were not showing how much work i have done. Then the work report use to come at a gap of 2/3days where it showed i didnt complete a minimum of 1000 captcha any of the days and with mistakes i never committed . The whole control is in their hand. How can no 1 complete the work and all is facing the same problem. Now today in the morning a man who claimed himself to be an Advocate mailed me and called me that i didnt submit any work and i have to pay Rupees 8400. Though they communicated the liability charges to be Rs.5400 but added 3000 as interest.From where is this interest coming? How they calculated this interest?
Moreover the whole thing they have done smartly just to deceive jobseekers like us who are desperately looking for job.How can i pay this amount?
And i think they are using the company name of another company in which sttike off is on now.
Please i rewuest the concerned authorith to look into the matter seriously and take immediate action against such unscrupulous people who are by offering job trying to create nightmare in ordinary people like me and many more … I am also sharing all the contact details through which they used to contact me and later blocked.
