2 days back I raised a complaint against simpl on your website about how simpl applied unjustified charges on me and not revoking off and in result I’m not able to make the payment. Today on 24.01.2024 at 2:23 pm an anonymous called called me and introduced him an officer of cyber cell who called me after seeing my complaint on consumercomplaintscourt.com. His name was Kavya Krishna Singh and his number was +91 90068 81160. He asked me to send the screenshots of my bill over whatsapp and when I sent it then he further started threatening me for the money. If he would have called me from your department he would have understood the concern of mine instead of threatening me. Please look further about this and investigate who called me in the name of cyber cell and threatened me.
