Dear Sir/Ma’am,
Booked a ticket from Hyd to chennai on Jun 13 via travolook, but the ticket got immediately cancelled stating some issue from the airlines assuring that refund will be given within 7-10 days. However, its been over 2 Months but the refund is still not processed.
Please refer to the conversations attached. The company hardly replies to our mails neither attends our phone calls. Request to take strict action against the company.
