i had ordered for an Apple AirPods from the cash on deal.in website on 31st Dec 2018 vide order number #1228. I received a phone call before sending the item to enquire if i really purchasing the item. When I confirmed yes if it is an Original Apple AirPod at that rate with normal Apple Warranty. The item was delivered to my residence on 10th Jan 2019 and when we opened to find that it was some fake Chinese product delivered. We tried calling the number through which the confirmation call had come and she advised to send a email at care@cashondeal.in and also give the feedback on the website. We did all that but no revert from the company as to how they will collect this item back and return the money. The phone number through which the confirmation call had come is +91 98119 63976. Request you to kindly help us in getting Rs.2499 paid to buy this fake product.
