I had taken a loan from Cash lent application worth Rs. 3700 where I had got 50%-55% of the amount (i.e 2200) in my account. They deducted rest of the amount as their service fee and now asking me to pay back the complete amount of Rs. 3700. When I tried to pay, their UPI link is not working for repayment. And after 1 days they charged me an overdue amount of Rs. 962. I told them this is unethical so they started abusing me. They have accessed my personal data and misusing it in terms of harassing me and my complete contact list by using abusive language and sharing my edited pictures to them. Even when I read their privacy policy they have mentioned that they will not disclose any of my personal details it can only be used for developing business. Me along with my family are in depression now, so I am raising a complaint on this portal with a hope of help in stopping this kind of fraud application and scam. I am feeling ashamed to upload the messages sent by them but I do have all the proofs in my phone.
